Girl Advice Needed! Where do I go from here?

I have this friend who I met at a camp 2 years ago. We go to colleges at separate ends of the country, but I'm transferring schools this semester to a school within 3 hours of where she goes (1 hour if I visit home). We mainly talk through FB messages/IM/Texting, and since the last time we've hung out we've gone from chatting/texting from once a week to at least once every 2 days.





The last time we were together it was for 5 hours, and she texted me after we left saying it was too bad we couldn't hang out longer. She's also offered to help me move in to my new college this december, and she says she's looking forward to seeing me again. She's always on my mind, and admittedly my studies have suffered as of late cause if she starts talking to me I drop anything/everything to talk with her. I want to ask her out, but I don't want to lose her as a friend first and foremost. Does anyone have any advice?Girl Advice Needed! Where do I go from here?
Haha I think it's cute how you drop anything/everything to talk to her! wish every guy was like you, but just don't seem toooo eager when she texts...just keep a tad bit of your cool...this guy i like is always doing that and sadly it's working...i just go more crazy for him lol however, if you feel you two can get closer and get to know each other better, then you should wait to ask her out...'going out' doesn't have to be hasty, if you two are mingling then that's what counts and at one point it'll be obvious if you 2 should be together, you'll know when it's time! best of luck, hope i helped =)Girl Advice Needed! I know exactly what your talking about, I'd say talk to her first about if there was to be a relationship how would it be if something bad was to happen and what would be her reaction,like would you still be friends or somethings wont be the same, if she feels that things are alot better if you guys were in a relationship since you guys care so much for eachother that it's got to the point were feelings are building up. go for it.! good luck!
I think you should try it with this girl. If you've known her for two years and you still can't get her off your mind, there's probably a reason she's there. It sounds like you really like her and you two have gotten to know each other really well. My advice to you is to start dropping hints that you like her, and if she responds to that, then tell her how you feel. It is probable that she feels the same way for you as you do for her. Take a chance on this girl; it might be worth it (:
