So I was skeptical with doing the online thing, but I started talking to this girl where we met on a dating site. We hit it off on the site's email, then we went to personal email, and then text messaging. We still do the personal email, though.
We met for the first date (which she called it) last Wednesday night. We hugged, got frozen yogurt (her choice there), sat and ate it outside where she was eating out of mine, etc, we talked about ourselves etc for about 1/2 hour, and then drove on over to the movie theater.
I had pre bought the tickets and she goes ';aww.'; In the movie, she mentions she's cold three times, I put my arm around her, and she scootches on over to me, resting/snuggling with me. During 3 scary parts of the movie, I tap her arm to scare her and she hits my arm and laughs.
So after the movie I ask if she wants to go somewhere and talk...she says yes. So we go and talk for about 20 minutes...some things we talk about is what we want to do ';next time'; (and she mentioned future dates before we met, and told me she 'knew the first date will go well'), etc.
As we are departing, I ask if I could have a goodnight kiss (hey it's the first time we're meeting so I wanted to be a gentlemen and since it's from the internet I didn't want to do it automatically); she says ';yes...on the cheek.'; So I give her one on the cheek, and then say to her playfully, ';ah come on that's not a real kiss.'; So she smiles says ';OK'; and then lets me give her a kiss on the lips.
She starts to say that we'll talk later and says ';text me.';
So after the date, THAT SAME NIGHT, she texts me with ';Hey I had a good time tonight :)';.
The next night we text until she has to go to bed (she works full time in day time and I'm finishing my last school semester). Her closing text was Thursday night was ';sounds good... have fun camping this weekend...i'll talk to you later!';
Friday we don't text...Saturday (i'm camping until sunday night/monday morning) I text her with ';Heyyy so are you free to go out again before you leave for vegas?;)'; b/c she's going to vegas THIS friday/weekend.
She replies back within two minutes with ';I don't know. I have to go into the city for meetings a few nights after work.'; I reply ';Ohh well just let me know.';
So we don't text the rest of the day. I personal email her Monday around noon with, ';HEY! I'm back from camping! It was SO much fun! So what have you been up to??';
She replied today, around 3pm... with, ';Hey Michael, sorry it took me so long to email you back. I'm glad you had so much fun camping! My week so far was been so busy! Craziness.';
OK - what do you think, gals? Is she into me still? Does she want a 2nd date?
I think I'll email her, tomorrow or Thurs, to tell her something like, ';I hope you have fun in vegas this weekend...make sure you win A LOT of money so you can pay for the WHOLE second date!! HAHA, JOKE! :) Anyway, so you should hit me up when you get back and we can arrange something. ;)';
Soo what do you think about that gals? THANKS!
By the way, I mean, I don't want to sound desperate or w/e by replying mentioning a 2nd date...or should I wait until she brings up going out again? PLEASE HELP!Girl advice: Ask her, or wait for her to bring up?
Girls love a little bit of mystery. She sounds into you, but that can change quick if you appear desperate. Don't email her until after she gets back from Vegas. That way when she checks her email when she gets home and sees nothing there she'll sweat a little bit and want you more. When you do write her just say you'd love to take her out again, suggest an activity, ask her how Vegas was. Keep it short and if the mood strikes end the email with something sexy like ';I've been thinking about those luscious lips.';Girl advice: Ask her, or wait for her to bring up?
Did you get the vibe that she liked you? It sounds like she does, but she's been bust... Let her enjoy her weekend like you enjoyed yours and when she comes back talk to her about your second date... Don't mention the whole win alot of money thing it sounds kinda funny
