hon, at 14 u don't need to worry about boobs. they will come in there own time and when they do u won't want them.
your only 14 relax. at that age i was an a cup and now i am a lot bigger. so calm down they will come!
babe they probably have grown..lolz seing as is u do see them everyday. anyways u wouldnt be able to tell the difference thou and if they havent grown just wait it takes time and dont listen to the crap about its what you are eating etc...cause its bs hope i helped!! ^^
You probably just need to wait a while until you shoot up. That would be the simplest, and most likely. Also, look at your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother ETC. If they have bigger cup sizes, then all you need to do is wait. Otherwise, you could get one of those push-up bras
